Military Transition
Rob is a 23-year Army Veteran and served in the 82nd Airborne Division, the 101st Airborne and numerous other storied units. Combat tours included the Gulf War, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. He attended and graduated some of the Army’s hardest schools including airborne, air assault, pathfinder, and ranger school. Retiring in 2012 as a Sergeant Major, Rob spent the next 9 years training and mentoring soldiers on Fort Campbell. A resident of Tennessee since 2003, Rob holds a Master of Arts Degree in Management and Leadership along with an undergraduate degree in Business, both from Liberty University. He holds certificates from the Instructor Training Course, was a Drill Sergeant and has over 20 years of experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring Soldiers.

Professional Experience
Internal Program Manager/ Instructor
Supervised and directed other Training Integrators (TI) in the planning, preparation, and delivery of Mission Command training. Developed advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Completely redesigned the Individual Analog Training Course and made consistent improvements in the Company CP program leaving a POI and SOI that could be passed to other instructors. Planned resourced and executed over 100 company collective events with 500+ Soldiers trained. Co-wrote both the original and new Company Troop Battery Command Post Courses. Simultaneously served as LVC-IA event planner, Team Lead for Company CP course and Training Integrator for VBS. Received functional training objectives from senior military officers and was responsible for designing scenarios to achieve the training objectives. Often was required to combine multiple training objectives from multiple customer unit staffs, requiring extensive in-theater experience, in depth knowledge all the training tools available, and the ability to integrate all the tools and scenarios to achieve complex training objectives.
Operations Manager
Served as the Brigade S-3 Plans and Training Sergeant Major for a 3,500 Soldier unit; responsible for all daily operations and training of the Brigade, to include: forecasting, planning, and conducting Air Assaults and the combat requirements of five subordinate Battalions; responsible for the health and welfare of four Field Grade Officers, three Company Grade Officers, and five NCOs; conducted planning, training, and executed combat operations at the Brigade Tactical Operations Center; was responsible for providing accurate and timely information to the commander utilizing a cohesive and complete mission command suite that included modern intelligence data bases.
