Bob has over fifty years of leadership roles in public accounting, for-profit corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and academia. He joined Pathway Lending in 2011 to organize and lead their business advisory services, which include training, technical assistance, coaching, mentoring and a broad range of other business development services designed to help entrepreneurs start, sustain, or grow their businesses.

As Chief Financial Officer of a large, publicly traded paper company he led the development and implementation of a multi-year program to reduce costs, sell non-strategic assets, repay debt, and redirect the business to become more competitive and profitable.

As Chairman of the Board of a Chapter of the American Red Cross, he led the turnaround of the Chapter through several initiatives and programs to improve the Board’s leadership of the Chapter, to increase the quality and scope of services provided by the Chapter, and to strengthen the Chapter’s financial and volunteer resources.

Bob has taught undergraduate and graduate business courses at two universities.
